NEXT WEEK MITCH MALLOY SPECIAL!! - November 7, 2011
On november 15 Live Alive will be all about American singer songwriter Mitch Malloy, including an exclusive interview!
Mitch Malloy is a singer, an award winning songwriter, and a producer mix and mastering engineer.Mitch got his first break when he was signed to RCA. Malloy's first album, Mitch Malloy, featured session musicians such as Mickey Curry, Hugh McDonald and Michael Thompson. His first single as a solo artist on RCA records, "Anything At All", was a top 20 rock charting hit and a pop hit in the US; it also got extensive play on MTV Europe. His third single, "Our Love Will Never Die", earned him an appearance on Jay Leno's The Tonight Show. His second album, Ceilings And Walls, used guest musicians such as Bernie Leadon, Mike Rutherford and Paul Carrick. He had a brief stint as the singer of Van Halen when they fired Sammy Hagar. Malloy just released his brand new record "Mitch Malloy II".

Dany Lademacher (Herman Brood & His Wild Romance) and Dirk Vermeij already played together in Paris Dandies. These days they also perform as a duo, and this year they released an acoustic album "Still Alive" . Next tuesday, October 18th, they will join us in Live Alive, including a live performance. NEW HOSTS IN LIVE ALIVE - October 13, 2011
Of course you already heard it: new voices in Live Alive! They belong to the brothers Ron and Jan Smit, who have been listening to the show for years and attend almost all live performances. We are very happy to have them join the Live Alive team, and we wish both Ron and Jan a great time.

MARCO MENDOZA IN LIVE ALIVE - October 12, 2010
On tuesday October 19 we will get a visit from the legendary bass player Marco Mendoza (Whitesnake, Blue Murder, David Coverdale, Thin Lizzy)! He is currently on tour promoting his latest album "Casa Mendoza", playing in De Boerderij in Zoetermeer on October 20. And he found some time to visit us for an interview on the day before that. American guitar player Joe Stump will make his appearance on Live Alive!
On monday February 18, starting at 20:00 hrs, he will perform for Live
Alive in the Plug Unit in Reeuwijk. Also on stage will be special guest
Mario Roelofsen, the Dutch guitarist known from a.o. Purple Rainbow. The
two of them will make a great show, so don't miss it! If you want to be
